Discussion: Caracal fit for Faction Warfare: still worth it after the rapid light nerf?

Looking at flying a Caracal in FW. I want the usual kite, not a brawl. Is the rapid light fit still the one people use after the velocity nerf, and what does it actually beat?

Yes. Highs are five rapid light missile launchers. Mids are an MWD, two large shield extenders, a multispectrum shield hardener, and a warp disruptor. Lows are a damage control and three ballistic control systems. Rigs are two core defense field extenders and an EM shield reinforcer. Drones are two Warriors, or two Acolytes if the plex is Amarr.
